• When you grant permission, your advertising ID may be used and stored by Meta and RevenueCat third-party services for app functionality.
• Our app only has photo upload, generation, and editing features - no personal information is requested or stored.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the Fake It - AI Photo Generator app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and modify any photos you use.

4. Intellectual Property

The Fake It - AI Photo Generator app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User-Generated Content and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all images uploaded to and generated by the app. We claim no ownership rights over the content you create or generate. All uploaded and generated images remain your sole responsibility.

Important User Disclaimer: Fake It is a creative tool designed for entertainment, artistic expression, and content creation. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you create, generate, or distribute using this app
• You must have the legal right and permission to upload, modify, and use any source images
• You will not use the app to create misleading, deceptive, harmful, or illegal content
• You will not impersonate others, create deepfakes without consent, or violate anyone's rights or privacy
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights
• You will not use generated content to defame, harass, or harm others
• The app is a creative tool and you bear full responsibility for how you use generated images

Images uploaded for AI photo generation, editing, and other processing are screened by AI for security purposes. We reserve the right to refuse processing images containing violence, sexual content, or other inappropriate material. The responsibility for uploaded images and all generated content lies solely with the user.

We are not liable for any misuse of AI-generated content. Users must exercise good judgment and ethical responsibility when creating and sharing content.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our app offers subscription plans and in-app purchases to access premium features and additional credits:

• Subscriptions: The app offers auto-renewable subscription plans that grant you access to premium features and credits. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• In-App Purchases: Additional credits and features can be purchased individually without a subscription.

Pricing and Availability: Subscription prices, in-app purchase prices, available plans, and features may vary by region and are displayed within the app. All pricing information can be viewed in the app before purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, and features, however existing subscriptions will maintain their original terms.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store payment management systems. We do not use any third-party payment systems - all transactions are handled exclusively through the platform's secure payment solution. You can manage your subscriptions, view purchase history, and cancel auto-renewal directly from your device's app store settings.

Subscription fees are charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your app store account settings.

7. Content Processing and AI Limitations

Our AI photo generation services use artificial intelligence technology. Please be aware:

• The AI processing may sometimes produce inaccurate, unexpected, or unintended results that do not represent our app's intended outcomes.
• AI-generated content may contain artifacts, distortions, or elements that were not explicitly requested.
• Use discretion before relying on, publishing, or otherwise using content generated by our AI services.
• We do not accept responsibility when extra logos, symbols, watermarks, or unintended elements are added to generated images during the AI processing.
• Generated images are provided for creative, entertainment, and informational purposes only.
• AI technology has limitations and may not always produce photorealistic or accurate results.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Fake It - AI Photo Generator app is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI generation results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to your use of the app, including but not limited to any dissatisfaction with AI generation results or misuse of generated content by users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
